Shipping and Payment

Delivery time:
The delivery of the ordered goods will take place within approximately 30 working days, unless otherwise specified in the respective product presentation in the offer. You will be informed of a timeframe during the ordering process, which we will adhere to.

Shipping costs:
Free shipping within Germany for orders over €300.

Via the shop, we only accept orders for Germany, Austria, Poland, and Luxembourg. 
Please check the shipping costs for Austria, Poland, and Luxembourg in the shopping cart or at checkout.
The prices for this are dynamic and are determined based on several factors.

Note: In principle, we deliver to all countries.
If you are interested, please contact us and we may be able to set up a shop access for you with your specific delivery country.

Our shipping service providers:
We ship via DHL or UPS.

In the ordering process, DHL is generally displayed as an icon, but this does not mean that we are necessarily required to ship with DHL. We choose the shipping service provider, as we are responsible for the goods until they arrive.

Who we ship your delivery with depends on several factors.
We always strive to choose the right shipping partner for each delivery, so that the goods reach you safely and quickly.

Note: Occasionally, we ship directly via secure transport instead of DHL/UPS.

If you require a special service provider, this is also possible for an additional fee.
